There was some sort of Race for the Cure event, and I think that they turned the water pink in honor of this occasion. I have also seen the water in shades of blue and shades of green at other times.
Look how pink they made the water! I wonder what they put in there to make it do this.
I don't think I'm going to be jumping into that fountain any time soon. I imagine it would dye my clothes pink!
